Sebring Door Locks Not Working

Unplug the door latch connector and set up across the lock solenoid terminals with the test light. My lights on the dash dim some times and if i hit a bump the radio goes off. Ask your own chrysler question. If all of the door locks are inoperative start your diagnosis at the fuse box.
